QUALITY POLICY
The Joint Stock Company “Borovichi Refractories Plant” has a 147-year
history and traditions in production of refractories for iron and steel industry.
JSC’s Management, approving the quality policy and assuming of the
responsibility for product manufacturing, officially declares about insistent and
invariable satisfaction of customer's needs, so providing high quality, reliable terms and
flexible prices. Strategic purpose of our long-term quality policy is preservation and
augmentation, notwithstanding varying conditions of market economy, of quality
priorities and constant quality improvement QMS is introduced to reach this goal,
which corresponds to the requirements of standards ISO 9001, API Ql. JSC "BRP" will
continue to improve QMS, by achieving the following goals in 2004:
- refractories output according to the customer's demands;
- complete delivery of refractories;
- full satisfaction of proppants market in Russia, instead of import;
- occupying a place in the international market by approval of the correspondence to
the American standard API Ql.
The methods of the strategic objectives achievement are:
- processional approach during development, introduction and improvement of
productivity of the quality management system to increase the customer's
satisfaction by the fulfillment of his requirements;
- development of company's scientific potential with the creation of scientific center
and its equipping with advanced laboratory and test equipment;
- voluntary certification of products, providing volume of certified products not less
than 15 types and 70 % of a general production;
- production of the products for critical operation conditions in accordance with the
company's standards, which are more strict compared with those in action;
- improvement of estimation and selection system of new suppliers;
- training of the JSC's personnel;
- constant analysis of the customer demand and satisfaction.
The determinative during the customer's choice of the JSC "BRP"'s product is a
competence, which we prove in an intensive dialogue with all clients.
